TimecardSnap is run by Tony Davis, a sole proprietor in the United States. Questions: [email protected].
What we keep
- Your account: email address, a scrambled (hashed) password, your business name and pay settings.
- Your employees: the names, pay rates and payroll IDs you type in.
- Time cards: the photos you upload, the times read from them and any changes you make. They’re kept so you have a record of each pay period. Delete a card and its photo is deleted.
- Help messages you send us, and a log of emails we send you.
- Billing: your plan and Stripe customer ID. We never see or store card numbers.
Who processes it for us
- Stripe and Link take payments. Link is the seller of record for subscriptions: it collects sales tax and its name appears on your card statement as LINK.COM* TIMECARDSNAP.
- OpenRouter and the model provider it routes to (Google) read card photos to transcribe the times. Photos are sent only for reading and are not used to train their models under the terms we use them on.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and sends our emails; backups are stored in Cloudflare R2.
- Hetzner hosts the server, in its data centers.
We don’t sell your data, show ads, or share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you logged in. If you arrive through a salesperson’s link, a cookie remembers their code for 30 days. If you arrive by clicking one of our Google ads, a cookie keeps that click’s ID for 90 days, and we report back to Google when that click led to a sign-up or a payment, so we can measure our ads. We count page visits without cookies. No other tracking or advertising.
Your choices
You can change or delete any employee or card at any time. To close your account and delete everything, email [email protected] from your account’s address; it’s done within 7 days, and backups roll off within 30.
