TimecardSnap

Terms of service

Last updated October 21, 2026.

TimecardSnap is run by Tony Davis, a sole proprietor in the United States (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

What the service does

TimecardSnap reads photos of time cards and timesheets, adds up the hours under the pay rules you choose, and produces files and summaries for your payroll. It doesn’t run payroll, pay anyone, or give legal or tax advice.

You check the numbers

Reading photos isn’t perfect. You’re responsible for reviewing each card and the totals before you use them to pay people, and for choosing the right pay rules for your business. Our rule settings follow federal law and California’s main overtime and meal-break rules; they don’t cover every exemption, union agreement, city ordinance or special case.

Plans and billing

Your data

Your cards and employee details belong to you. We use them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete them at any time.

Acceptable use

Upload only time records you’re entitled to process. Don’t try to break, overload or misuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as wage claims or penalties arising from figures you didn’t check.

Changes

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we’ll email you before it applies. Questions: [email protected].
